Working with Cassie was one of the best wedding decisions we made. She was referred to my by one of my friends that worked with her a few years prior.

There are so many details involved when planning and it can get overwhelming easily, but Cassie kept me on track and reassured me I was where I needed to be with a monthly checklist, which kept me on track and her in the loop of details since I hired her for a day of coordinator. She is incredibly organized and came out to the venue several times to finalize all the little details when we were approaching the big day. She was available to me when I needed her. She handled all of the hiccups the day of the wedding, and made it flow seamlessly. She contacted all of my vendors to finalize little details that I didn’t think of. Working with Cassie was truly one of the best decisions we made surrounding our wedding. Initially, I was interested in having Cassie coordinate our big day after attending and being a bridesmaid in three other weddings that Cassie coordinated. Going in to our wedding, I was confident we would be in good hands working with her, and without question, Cassie excelled at supporting our vision for our big day and seeing it through to completion. Throughout the whole process Cassie was incredibly responsive, informative, and professional. She worked seamlessly with our vendors, taking initiative to coordinate details with them leading up to our wedding which translated to efficiency and everyone knowing what was expected of them when it came to our actual wedding day. Cassie is amazing! I had the pleasure of working with her previously as a bridesmaid in my friend's wedding, so knew I was in for some good services. But boy was I amazed after working with her as a bride. She is so on top of everything and really offers much more than day-of-coordination. We received monthly to-do lists from her, were in regular contact about vendors and planning, and were able to set up a few in person meetings around my tightly scheduled trips home pre-wedding. Our rehearsal with her was perfect and she relied on us to tell her when we felt comfortable with everything, even if it took another run through. Most importantly, Cassie strikes the perfect balance of directing the events of the wedding day, and checking in when necessary, while still giving you space to enjoy the day and not worry about a thing. We absolutely loved working with her and heard enormous praise from our family and friends who interacted with her as well. She is the day-of-coordinator you want! Cassie made my wedding day happen flawlessly. I cannot say enough good things about working with her. We had Cassie for a day of coordinator (and to be honest I wasn't sure we needed one because I had already booked all my vendors ). She was the most important part of my wedding day!!! She is well organized and on top of all the little details you would never think of. I had absolutely zero stress going into my big day and zero stress on the day because she took care of everything. She contacted all of my vendors and made sure everyone was on the same page. I know we only had Cassie for the day of but leading up to the wedding she would check in every month with to do lists, asking me any questions she had, etc. She was so quick to reply to emails and was always there for us. Cassie is the queen of wedding coordinating. Because of Cassie and her expertise, the process of planning our daughter's wedding was stress free from beginning to end. Cassie provided service far beyond what we expected from a "day of" coordinator.  She may be the most organized person on earth. We received timely e-mails providing monthly and weekly timelines, ideas, options.  Cassie thought of everything! Some days we exchanged ten e-mails/texts. Once we had our vendor contracts, we passed them on to Cassie for managing. I never had to contact a vendor again. She made three venue visits with us and conducted the ceremony rehearsal. She coordinated absolutely every detail of the wedding day. Friends and family members remarked at how relaxed we seemed during the months of wedding planning -- again, thanks to Cassie. Her professional, no-nonsense approach kept us on track and prepared us to host the biggest party of our lives.

On the wedding day Cassie brought two helpers, and they all spent at least eight hours working the event. When I arrived at the venue that morning, I asked Cassie what I can do to help. She responded with something like, "Nothing. Enjoy the day." :-)

Sherrell 50th Birthday Party

I would love to take a minute to sing the praises of Cassie Renae Events, LLC. I have the unique opportunity of having known Cassie for many years, but this event was my first chance to work with her.  I have attended several events she had coordinated from bridal showers to weddings.  I was excited to have the opportunity to work with her in planning a 50th birthday party.  From day one, Cassie embraced the theme, was organized, creative, and very conscious of price points.  Cassie’s flow charts were a work of art, color coded, and updated frequently.  Nothing slipped through the cracks, when it came to contracts. Cassie did not inundate me with options, but I always felt I had good choices to choose from based on her vendor contacts and relationships.   

One of Cassie’s core strengths was communication. I have learned it’s the smallest details that will set your event apart and Cassie asked all the right questions, took the time to make sure she understood the answer, and then followed it up in writing to ensure we were both on the same page. Those details turned my event into a spectacular party!  

 The day of the event Cassie arrived promptly, got to work creating exactly the event we had penciled on paper.  Throughout the event I was able to enjoy my function while Cassie blended in making sure guests were enjoying themselves, I can honestly say if there was an issue with any vendor to this day I still don’t know about it.  

Simply stated Cassie is a gem and I look forward to working with her again in the future. - Sheri

My husband and I hired Cassie for our day of coordinator on our wedding and it was the best decision! Cassie was such a lovely person to work with. She is very professional and always available to answer any questions you may have. I really felt like she was just as invested in my wedding day as I was. Cassie is one of the most organized people I have ever met! I loved her lists and reminders for me that she would send out periodically before the wedding. It was so helpful! She always had a backup plan and helped us think of details that we never would have thought of on our own. I am not sure what I would have done without her! I was unsure if I wanted to book a Day of Coordinator, but ended up booking Cassie about a month and a half before our wedding. It's by far the best money we spent! She's extremely organized, detail-oriented, professional, proactive and communicative - exactly the type of person you want in charge on your wedding day. Although my husband and I only hired Cassie as a day-of wedding coordinator, she was working with us for months ahead of the wedding.  She was also working with our vendors and establishing relationships long in advance.  She went above and beyond in every way to make sure there were no surprises on the big day and everyone was on the same page.  Come day before and especially day-of the wedding I didn't have to worry about a single thing because Cassie had taken on all of the responsibilities of communicating with the vendors and ensuring a smooth wedding day - which it absolutely was.  Cassie is a delight to work with.  She has a can-do attitude and is very likable.  Her meticulous attention to detail ensured we had no last minute surprises.  She knows her ins and outs and which vendors to go to.  Her connections saved me $400 on mine and my bridal party's wedding day beauty expense alone.  I would recommend Cassie 100x over to all of you brides out there.  She is worth every penny and then some. - Tyler and Lindsay (Bride and Groom) photos: Inspire by Danielle

When it came time to begin planning my daughter's wedding, we reached out to Cassie Isackson/Cassie Renae Events for assistance with day of coordination. Cassie listened to Katie's vision and then supported her along the way with month by month "wedding to do" lists, suggestions for vendors and really kept us focused so that everything fell into place. The wedding to do lists included items that we didn't even think of or likely wouldn't have paid attention to and then might have rushed as we got closer to the date. I can only describe Cassie as the queen of going above and beyond. She consistently went above and beyond our expectations, and did a lot more for our wedding than she was obligated to. We planned our wedding from out-of-state, and she provided a lot of resources for us. She was extremely responsive to e-mails, provided us with really detailed to-do lists and timelines, and she even did additional walkthroughs at our venue on our behalf. She was our calm and reassuring voice when we were forced to change venues a few months before our wedding. She was organized and helpful, and was even able to remember details that we had forgotten about ourselves. On the day of our wedding, she was perfect. I think she might have wizard powers, because she always seemed to appear when you needed her with exactly what you needed. She improvised with some of our extra decor to make the cake table and the wedding arch look prettier. Our wedding had zero hiccups, and I'm positive Cassie was the reason for that. The best compliment I could give Cassie is that we didn't pay her enough. I knew from the very beginning that I wanted a simple, elegant wedding, but didn’t know how many moving parts were lurking behind what seemed like a relatively minimalist aesthetic. My sister-in-law used and recommended Cassie to me, and from the very beginning I knew I had made a good choice. We hired Cassie for day-of coordination of our second wedding celebration (the first one took place overseas), but I wish we used her for complete planning so that I could have relaxed a bit more! I will admit that I am sometimes (most of the time) terrible at responding to emails and texts, but I had the foresight to let Cassie know this tidbit and she made sure to follow-up with me, no matter how many tries it took her! She has a way of doing it without being the least bit overbearing, and I can honestly say that the wedding wouldn’t have been so perfect if it weren’t for her. She is extremely organized and meticulous, and I appreciate how dedicated she is to the little details. We met several times, at the venue and off-site, and in every meeting we were able to fine-tune my vision. Cassie and her team set the venue up to my specifications and it looked beautiful! I didn’t have to worry about how difficult and time-consuming it was to set-up over 1,000 (!!) votives in straight lines down the middle of our banquet tables because I knew Cassie would be able to pull it off without a hitch. Cassie was amazing from the first email she sent to the last text congratulating me on my first day of marriage. She is well organized, prompt, incredibly knowledgeable and truly cares. I found her on Thumbtack and hired as a day of coordinator and am SO glad I did! It's hard to say everything that she did because I know she probably handled way more things behind the scenes then I'm aware of, so I'll just say what I DIDN'T have to do. I didn't have come up with a to do list for the planning part of the wedding, I also didn't have to organize my own timeline for the actual wedding day. I didn't have to stress about the set up of the venue. I didn't have to worry about any of the vendors, when they would arrive, what they would do etc. I didn't have to figure out where I needed to be and when on the big day because Cassie would just pop up and say "In 10 min I'll grab you for ___, okay?" I didn't have to think about what would happen with everything at the venue after my husband and I left. I pretty much didn't have to worry about my wedding at all, I just had to enjoy it! Cassie was such an important part of why our day went so smoothly! From the day we hired her she was on top of every detail. Any time that I became overwhelmed about something I knew I could email her and ask her for her thoughts. She was always able to give exceptional advice as well as multiple options and cost saving tips. She helped us focus on the big picture and not get bogged down by small things that weren't going to make or break the day. Basically, she is amazing! The only thing I would change is adding her clean-up package to the end of the booked time that we had her. We had her from early morning rehearsal and set up to just after the reception, and even though clean-up was not a huge deal, it was definitely more stressful without her there. Cassie is amazing! You get so much with Cassie, way more than what you actually pay for. I would hire Cassie again in a heartbeat! About four months away from the wedding, my family decided to switch venues. Instead of 120 guests, we now had 40. Along with that decision, my family decided that a wedding coordinator was not necessary. About two months before the wedding they had a change of heart! We decided to hire Cassie, and immediately knew she was the one for us! I was impressed with Cassie right from the start! She sounded very genuine in her e-mails and she responded to my inquiries right away. She is so easy to get along with and it’s quite apparent that she really knows what she’s doing! There were no hiccups during the planning process and most importantly the actual wedding! She took care of all the important details. She orchestrated everything, and I mean everything! She coordinated with all the vendors including the florist, helped with set-up, rehearsal walk through, seating arrangements, ceremony, and so much more! It really made the last two months of planning go smoothly. It goes to show that even a smaller wedding needs a wedding coordinator. Cassie was a true lifesaver! My wedding was spectacular, and Cassie definitely played a major role in making that happen! She was a little bee buzzing around everywhere! Dillon-Beaty Wedding

When I contracted Cassie it assured me that I was going to enjoy the wedding planning with my daughter and everything would be organized (emphasize ORGANIZED) and smoothly executed on the day of the wedding. It was the smartest decision I made in regards to the wedding. There is always a little glitch (one of the tables came crashing down during set-up-decor, flowers and all) but I just walked right past the mess because I knew Cassie would handle it. That is just a very small example of what I could count on her for.

She met us several times at the venue, worked directly with our other contracted vendors, which saved me an inordinate amount of time, put together time-lines and in general made everything so stress-free and enjoyable. I had such a wonderful time at the wedding I would do it all over again if I could.

I can honestly say that Cassie was the glue that put all the parts of my wedding together. Of all the things that we invested in when throwing our wedding, she was the most valuable thing to us. Cassie's style was perfect for us. Color templates, venue decorations, value saving ideas, so many things we didn't even think of! Kelli Berlin Baby Shower

Cassie hosted my incredible baby shower on March 10th 2013. As I sit here and write this the day after the event, I am still in awe with everything! First of all, when I pulled up I instantly saw the effort she had put into the decorations and making my guests and I feel welcome~ like we were really walking aboard the "S.S. Berlin" (I'm having a boy and the theme of the shower was Nautical and Berlin is my last name). Then I entered in and was amazed at every single detail of the shower from the games, to the party thank you favors, down to the food (which was associated with the sea/nautical theme as well) and the simple decor which, wherever you looked, had something to do with my party. It was truly, truly amazing! I could tell Cassie was so happy with the outcome in how everything pulled together and especially the look on my face the whole time I was being 'showered'. She really does care about the person she is planning an event for, it really does show. So once again, Cassie, thank you so much and I will HIGHLY recommend you to everyone I know. My husband and I were very fortunate to have Cassie help us every step of the way on our wedding journey. From the first meeting up to the big day, Cassie had our best interest at heart. I had no idea how much went into planning a wedding and all the little details that make it so special. Cassie did. I knew what I wanted and she made that happen for us. She made the entire planning process easy and stress free, which is a lot of work on her part. I would tell her what I wanted and she did all the foot work. At each meeting, she would present the ideas she had found and all I would have to do is OK it or not. She got everything done so ahead of time that there was no stressing about time. I wasn’t expecting to do such little work! Cassie loves what she does and I think that’s why she is so good at planning. I knew through the whole process that she wanted the best for us and that she truly cared. She went above and beyond what I had expected. Another thing is, Cassie knew what was best. I put my complete trust in her recommendations and it paid off. She is dedicated down the very last detail. I had the most beautiful wedding and I definitely owe it to her. The day went smoothly and my guests were blown away that this had been planned by one woman. A few guests even asked for her business name and number and plan on hiring her for their events. I couldn’t have been a calmer and happy bride and I thank Cassie so much for all of her help. No bride should feel stress or fear on their wedding day or worry about planning and Cassie will make sure that you don’t. When we first started planning our wedding, Kyle and I did not think that we would need a wedding planner to help us through the process. Now that we look back at “the big day” we realize that Cassie was instrumental in making our wedding an absolutely perfect day and we could not have done it without her. From the beginning Cassie met with us to get ideas so that she could customize the wedding to our liking. Cassie kept constant contact with us throughout the process and was always ready and willing to help with anything we needed. She coordinated with vendors for us in the months before the wedding, allowing us more time to focus on the wedding day. Cassie was open to our suggestions and preferences while improving our ideas by drawing from her experience of her own recent wedding. When it came to the wedding day, Cassie was the first person at the wedding venue, making sure everything was perfect. Cassie kept us organized during the day and on schedule. She kept communication open between myself and Kyle throughout the day and if we had any questions we knew that Cassie would have an answer for us. Kyle and I were both expecting the day to have bumps in the road, but because of Cassie’s guidance we can honestly say that the wedding and reception went off without any problems and went very smoothly. When we look back at our wedding day we now know that we would have been an unorganized mess without Cassie. Using Cassie as our wedding planner was the best decision we made during the wedding process for the simple fact that without her we would have been lost, unorganized, and unsure of what to do next in the process. We have received comments from guests about how nice and how much fun the wedding was and we know that Cassie is responsible for all of this.
